What makes our rum so special?
You may ask that, and to be honest, we’re still not 100% sure. It’s kinda funky, and flavorsome and interesting - definitely not boring.
What we can tell you is that we make it a traditional way, with Pacific molasses fermented and infused with locally sourced botanicals and our unique dunder*. We pick the right spices and fruits to match the personality of each bottle run - a limited batch based on a topic of conversation that is on everyone's lips. Hopefully with out rum.
We don’t profess to know all the answers, hell, we don’t even know why our rum tastes so good. Y’all are a lot smarter than us, so go on, give it a go and see if you can help solve some of the world’s gnarly problems.
dunder is the leftover molasses, yeast and botanicals from the last batch that is kept and re-fermented with the next. Each batch gets even funkier. It’s the traditional way to make rum, and it helps make the flavour profile a little more mystic.
